Inoltre sono presi in considerazione ed analizzati, le grammature delle carte e le caratteristiche del gruppo ondulatore.
Una volta che il profilo è stato scelto, Terdeca verifica ed ottimizza la forma del profilo in accordo con lo spessore delle carte e il labirinto di formazione dell’onda.

EQUIRADE

Designed by Terdeca, EQUIRADE profile gets top and bottom radii connected by two circumferential arches with no straight lines between them.
It’s recommended to customers running both light and heavy papers.

PROFILO A V

The main characteristic of V PROFILE is that it gets smaller radii than those of the traditional profile.
These small radii, by having constant pitch and height, reduce the take-up factor and increase the mechanical characteristic of the board.
The use of this profile style is strictly related to the type of single facer.

MUSHROOM

The shape of the MUSHROOM profile allows a wider clearance on the flank compared to traditional profile.
In some cases it’s a good alternative to Equirade profile.

PROFILO TRADIZIONALE

In the TRADITIONAL profile top and bottom radiuses are connected by a straight line.
It’s recommended to customers running a small range of fluting paper grades
